Open Office rescued it. It loads quickly, can save in many different formats (more than MS Office) and is more adaptable. The portable copy has proved a lifesaver when out and about. Apache OpenOffice is a generous software. Things you can do on other documents platform can be done as well on this software. I have not contacted their support so I cant place rate based on support under customer service.
